Toddler Program



TODDLER PROGRAM
 (16 Months/Walking  - 2 1/2 years)

 

  • Toddlers will learn social and emotional development, language learning through music, play and interactions with teachers and other children.

 

FEES

 

  • Full Time                  $180/week
  • More Than 4 Hours                  $38/week
  • Less Than 4 Hours                  $20/week

 

REGISTRATION and SUPPLIES

  • Families will provide diapers and wipes as needed 

Holidays : 

A schedule will be provided at time of enrollment to list days closed throughout the year


Licensed : 

  • Program is licensed & monitored by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.   We are also inspected & in compliance with regulations set forth by :

    • State Fire Marshall
    • Local fire department,
    • City of Lansing zoning & codes

Staff 

 

  • A qualified & experienced staff, trained in accordance with KDHE Childcare Licensing guidelines, will supervise children at all times.  All staff will be trained in First Aid & CPR.

 

PreSchool / Pre-K / Extended Care



PRESCHOOL and EXTENDED CARE
    (2 1/2 - 5 years)

 

  • Children must be 2 1/2 years old and potty trained
  • Morning & full day programs available
  • Extended Care offered



Through organized and play activities, the Preschool/ Pre K Child Learns:

  • To display emotional, social growth
  • To demonstrate progress in physical development
  • To Demonstrate intellectual growth
  • PRE K Classrooms will work with the children to prepare them for Kindergarten, both academicall and socially

 

FEES

 

PRESCHOOL/PRE-K (8-11:15 am)  

  • 2 days/week                  $34/week
  • 3 days/week                  $50/week
  • 5 days/week                  $85/week

 

PRESCHOOL/PRE-K with EXTENDED CARE

  • $157 / week full time
  • $10 discount for additional child in family
  • Attendance during hours of 6:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • 35% vacation discount

 

REGISTRATION and SUPPLIES

  • $60/child registration fee at time of enrollment 
  • $25 supply fee in October and February

  • $60 enrollment fee (non-refundable, due at enrollment) OR

  • Enrollment fee will reserve space in program
  • Spaces are filled on a first-come basis until all positions are filled
  • All paperwork must be completed before attendance can begin

A Deere Place is equipped with a full kitchen and provides snacks and/or meals for the children enrolled in their programs.  A Deere Place even throws birthday parties for their students!


Weekly lunch/snack menus are posted in the main entryway.

Field Trips!


Oh, the places we'll go!


Previous field trips include trips to the movies, the zoo, Wonderscope, Chuck E Cheese, bowling, skating, swim lessons, parks and picnics.

Arts and Crafts


Children at A Deere Place have the opportunity to create lots of themed crafts using tempera paint, markers, watercolors, construction paper, and recycled materials.


Egg carton caterpillars supervise the kids activities.
